To start off November, I went on a tour to Leeds Castle, Canterbury Cathedral, the White Cliffs of Dover, and a brief walking tour in Greenwich.
Leeds castle was gorgeous! It's one of the most beautiful castles in the world. It has been wonderfully preserved, both as a castle from the Middle Ages, and from when it was a personal home during WWII.

The White Cliffs of Dover (we were even able to see the coast of France! A dark smudge on the horizon, haha)
Canterbury Cathedral was my favorite stop of the day, it's a gorgeous piece of architecture. And being inside (while the choir was practicing) was very spiritual.
Sunday, November 2nd was more of a lazy day for me. I went over to the part of London where my class will be, and explored that area to become familiar with it. I then spent the afternoon with a friend, eating & laughing. I then had an early night, as my next adventure started early in the morning. I'll tell you all about it in my next post :)
